New Delhi: The Senior Congress leader Manmohan Singh attacked the BJP-led NDA government for failing to deliver its Big Promises and also making a mess up the Indian economy. The BJP Government has made big promises. The Prime Minister Modi himself said that his government would double the income of the farmers. In an address to the 84th Session of Congress, he said in an address, for this, the growth rate of 12 per cent per annum is necessary, which is impossible in the present scenario.
