The BCCI selected the Indian team for Srilanaka Tour. Star batsman Rohit Sharma and pace bowler Mohammad Shami were on Sunday recalled to the 16member Indian Test Squad for the Srilankan tour scheduled to be held form 26th July to 6th September 2017.
The selection committee replaced by the middle-order batsman Karun Nair and all-rounder Jayanth Yadav for the Srilankan Team, instead of selected to Rohit Sharma and Mohammad Shami, who were not played from the fourth match Test rubber against Australia in February. Virat Kohli is leading the team and other side is set to play three Test matches, five ODI’s and one-off T20 International during the series. The three Test matches will be played in Galle, Colombo and Candy.
