The Indian government & Union Cabinet approved of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Palestine on co-operation in the fields of IT & E (Information Technology and Electronics) on Wednesday. The officials said that, “The agreement aims to promote closer co-operation in the areas of e-Governance, m-Governance, e-Public Services Delivery, Cyber Security, Software Technology Parks and Start-ups Eco-system”. The MoU will effect into force for 5 years from the date of signature of the two parties.
The MoU will be implemented by establishing a working group on IT & E composed of delegates of the two parties. The two-sided cooperation in Information and Communication Technology domain both B2B (Business-to-Business) and group-to-group will be enhanced. It imagines to improving B2B association, leading to employment opportunities.
