Hyderabad: The Bomb Blast in Task Force Office, Begumpet, Hyderabad in the year 2005, the Hon’ble court acquitted ten accused persons for lack of evidence in the case of bomb blast in the year 2005 at Hyderabad police’s Task Force office, a home guard was killed in the blast.
The Hon’ble Judge T Srinivas Rao, VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Nampally, Hyderabad acquitted all the ten accused persons.
That, in the year 2005 a Bangladeshi bomber had went into the Task Force office at Begumpet, Hyderabad on 12th October 2005 and explodes an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), killing the home guard and the suicide bomber.
The special investigation team (SIT) investigated and filed a charge sheet in the year 2006 and made 20 accused persons in it, The SIT arrested ten accused persons and claimed that three other accused died in different incidents and the remaining seven were absconding.
The Hon’ble court said that the evidence produced by SIT which was investigated the case was insufficient to prove them guilty and all the ten accused persons, who were produced before the Hon’ble Court were acquitted by Hon’ble Court, Nampally, Hyderabad.
