Mumbai: The Youth was killed by unknown persons with sharp weapon; the deceased Akash Wankhedra 18-year-old lives in Mumbai was attacked with a sharp weapon, on his face by unknown persons and killed him on Wednesday night. After the attack by the assailant, the deceased was rushed to the nearby Fortis Hospital, where he was died during the treatment at the hospital.
Akash had received a call on his Phone at about 9:00 PM in the night, after which he gone out of the house to meet the persons who called him and after some time his brother received the information of the deadly attack, Akash brother said.
That, on the day of Dahi Handi, the same persons came to find the deceased Aakash at his home, but he was not available on that day. The deceased brother suspects that there is involvement of four or five persons in the murder, deceased brother added.
The Bhandup Police has registered a case against the unknown persons and started further investigation, Police said.
