Hyderabad: The Maulana Ali Quadri speaks to media on Triple Talaq
Verdict of Supreme Court and he strongly oppose the judgment and says that Seerat Un Nabi Academy also filed a petition in Supreme Court.
Ali Quadri says that As per the Sharai Law of Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W) No Muslim will tolerate any interference in the Islamic Law till the Day to Judgment.
The five judge Bench has deliver its verdict on Triple Talaq and the opinion of the 3 Judges are different from the other two judges and also the Supreme Court Judges said that the Court Do Not Want to Interfere in Muslim Personal Law and the other Judge Said that Parliament to make a law within Six Month, Ali Quadri said.
The Sharai Law of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) is not a Law on Word and it is a Law of Allah and His Messenger. The Indian Constitution clear that every Citizen has the right to religion and the Triple Talaq issue is purely religious and the issue is attached to the sentiments of the Muslim.
Further he said that the Triple Talaq issue will be decided by The Islamic Scholars, Mufti and Islamic Universities and Muslim will live and Die as Sharai Law of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).
Further he said that signature petition was filed in Supreme Court are forged and fabricated and targeting the Muslim Community, If we filed 5 Crores Signature Petition it will be of no use, we respect the Supreme Court Judgment but when if it is about Religion at First we are Muslim then we are citizen.
