Telangana: 3 year old Boy injures in Big Bazaar due to Negligence

Hyderabad: In a Tragic Incident a three-year-old boy injured after he accidentally fell from the escalator, while playing on a toy scooter in Big Bazaar in Kachiguda on Tuesday.
The victim Abram and his parents were on the second floor of the mall at 7.30 am. The child sits on the toy scooter and the video footage shows him walking with the escalator. He hit the escalator and closed it and crashed into a beauty products store on the first floor.
The management of the mall took the boy to a local hospital for treatment and was later transferred to Lotus Children’s Hospital. The child condition is stable.
The Parents took a toy scooter from the children’s section and asked the child to sit on it. After taking some pictures, they went to the Electronics Goods section, because the boy refused to come with them.
The parent filed a case in Sultan Bazar Police station. The Management of Big Bazaar has blamed the parents and the parents blame the Management of the Mall, it is a case of Negligence by the parent and Management of the Mall.
