Criminal Complaint against Rishi Kapoor for posting an unpleasant image of a child

Mumbai: A case was registered against actor Rishi Kapoor for posting obscene material on his Twitter account, On Saturday.
The president of NGO, ‘Jay Ho Foundation’ Afroz Malik said, “We request to register an FIR against actor Rishi Kapoor, under relevant section POCSO (protection of children from sexual harassment) and related sections of the IT Act for posting pictures of a minor child on the Twitter account @ Chinchaskap.
The complaint has been registered in Bandra Kurla Complex, Cyber Police Station of Bandra East. Jai Ho Foundation is a Maharashtra based NGO registered under the state’s Women and Child Development Department.
On Saturday, veteran actor posted a video in which it shows that a little boy is beating a girl and making a fool with the other boy.
Read more in the statement: “Rishi Kapoor’s Twitter account has more than 2.6 million followers, which means that the content of this pornographic image was circulated to more than 2.6 lakh people, with more than 66 tweets and 476 likes.
