Hyderabad: The Advocates practicing in the lower courts had decided to stay away from the court’s work on Friday, 1st September against the circular issued by the Hyderabad High Court on 4th August, in which the trial courts will issue directives for the disposal of cases pertaining to 2012 till March 31, 2018. Was instructed in an extraordinary general meeting of the Bar Association of the Telangana State Association held in the city on Thursday, the advocates had pledged to stay away from work in the trial courts performing against the circular.
The City Civil Court President K Hari Mohan Reddy, Secretary B Giridhar Reddy and advocates Manik Prabhu, Trimul Rao and M.V.R Yadav and federation leaders told the media that they are not against the quick disposal of pending cases, but by not providing the appropriate time to advocating and setting a deadline, there could be a great loss for the litigants. The clients will suffer and advocates will not be able to concentrate on the subject matter if the hearing will be put day to day and it is difficult to proceed with the fresh cases, they said.
