New Delhi: Another incident of Kid Rape assault in School, As we know school is a place where a child learns something for their future ,every parents dream is to join their kids in the school to learn something and get back to home safely but lack of security and responsibility at the school may alter the parents worry as one of the incident which took place at Tagore Public School in east Delhi’s Shahdara Gandhinagar on Saturday, A five-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a peon (40-year-old) inside a classroom, Deputy Commissioner of Police Nupur Prasad had handled the case and said that Vikas(peon) had been working at Tagore Public School in Shahdara’s Gandhinagar area for the last three years, he had earlier worked as a security guard in the same school, he was under the influence of alcohol when he allegedly committed the crime, There are cameras in the school premises, the girl should see and identify, When asked whether he was drunk, he said, “I have a quarter every day, he allegedly took the girl inside the empty class room in the afternoon hours when she was walking in the corridors after handing over lunch boxes to teachers, Vikas attract the minor with a candy and took her inside the empty classroom where he sexually assaulted her.
The matter went to the police after the girl complained of pain in her abdomen to her mother, at 3pm, Her mother noticed bleeding in private parts, girl was taken to the hospitals and the doctors confirmed that she has been sexually assaulted, girl described the accused as a “man wearing a cap” in the school was the victim to cause then her parents went over to school, the child’s mother alleged that “Today, it has happened with my child. Tomorrow, it could happen to another child. I want the school to be shut down,” the officer said. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has ordered an investigation into the case,”Shameful. Won’t be tolerated, DCW chief Swati Maliwal has issued a notice to the school and asked for a report within three days, also asked for a copy of the CCTV footage from the school.
