Chandigarh: The Three Haryana Cops arrest for conspired to free “Ram Rahim. The Haryana Police has arrested three police personals who conspired to help Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh to escape from the arrest after conviction, Haryana Police said on Thursday.
The police personal, two head constables and one constable were present in the court of Dera head during a court hearing; a CBI Court convicted Ram Rahim for the rape of his two followers.
The accused police personal was arrested in Panchkula where they were called to join the investigation, Panchkula Police Deputy Commissioner Manbir Singh said.
Police said that a case has been registered against accused cops under relevant sections of IPC including sedition charge.
The Ram Rahim After being convicted by a special CBI court in Panchkula, the accused cops were arrested in connection with Ram Rahim’s conspiracy to free him on 25th August.
DCP said that the Head Constable Amit, Head Constable Rajesh and Constable Rajesh were produce in the local court today and the court grants three days police custody.”
The Haryana Police had dismissed five policemen who were also part of the details of the security of the Dera chief. Apart from them, three cops of Punjab Police were also arrested.
