New Delhi: The Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu, who became parents on 29th September, brought their daughter home on Monday afternoon. The Soha and Kunal were photographed with their child outside their Mumbai residence and both waved at excited cameras. They named their daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu; Inaaya was cradled in Kunal’s arms while the new mother Soha stood beside him. Soha gave birth to Inaaya on the occasion of Mahanavami. An elegant Kunal declared her birth on social media and wrote, “We are over the moon to share we have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl on this auspicious day Thank you for the love & blessings”. Inaaya is the first child of the couple.
On Sunday, Kunal shared his daughter’s name with an update on the health of the child. They added a message from their daughter. “We have given the name of our daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, who is happy and healthy and thank you for all your love and blessings.”
The Soha (38) married Kunal (34), at a private ceremony in the year 2015. They met for the first time on the sets of their 2009 movie “Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge”. Soha is the daughter of actress Sharmila Tagore and the late cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi’s daughter. His brother Saif has been married to Kareena Kapoor. They welcomed their first child, Taimur in December last year. Soha’s baby shower was organized several times by his friends and family. Kareena and Taimur also joined one of them.
