Hyderabad: In an entirely disgraceful incident, The Ruling Telangana Rastra Samiti Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Farooq Hussin abused an NRI woman and even tried to hit her with Slipper. The incident took place in a residential society in the Nampaly area of the city. The victim Lady who has approached to the police said that the MLC used abusive and vulgar language and even tried attacking her when she asked him to vacate the apartment owned by her.
The 50 year old American citizen Antul Wasay who lives in New-York has a flat at the Skill Splendor Society in Lakdi Ka Pool area of the city and from past six years, Farooq Hussin was living in the apartment by paying only Rs. 10 thousand as rent. But recently, he stopped paying the Rent amount also forcing the landlady to come to the city to settle the matter.
The Victim was asking him to vacate the apartment for the past two years, but he was delaying it by asking times, for the past six months he even stopped paying the rent so we came to meet him, but he started threatening us showing his connect with chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and ruling party. He abused me and even tried hitting me with his Slipper.
The victim, along with her brother approached by Nampally police and lodged a complaint against the MLC, The Nampally Police Registered a case in Cr. No. 211/2017, Under Section 504-IPC, 506-IPC, 509-IPC. While the accused MLC is not available for comment.
The MLC Farooq Hussin started his political career in the Mid 70s and spent his large political time in the Congress party and after bifurcation of state he joined Telangana Rastra Samiti in the presence of its president K Chandrasekhar Rao who is also the chief minister of state.
