Fajilka: A 16-year-old girl died after allegedly gang-rape by three persons in the Fazilka district of Punjab on Sunday.
The incident occurred on 25th October, when Class 11, girl was returning home from school and the accused persons on the motorcycle was allegedly waylaid the girl.
The deceased girl was taken to the nearby area and was ruthlessly raped by three persons; one of the accused was a minor. The girl died of excessive bleeding on Sunday night.
Director General of Police (Jalalabad) Amarjit Singh said, “The case has been registered, the body is being sent for post-mortem, we will take further action after that. That No arrest has been made so far.”
