The Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM), a senior leader of a Hindu organization, criticized Tamil actor Kamal Haasan for comment on his “Hindu terrorism” remark and said that people like him should be “shot dead”.
Referring to a statement given by Mr. Hassan in a column for a weekly magazine on Thursday, ABHM Leader Pt. Ashok Sharma said, “These people accuse Hindu followers of Hindu terrorism for pushing their own biased communal agenda”.
He said, “There is no other way to handle people like Kamal Haasan, rather hang them or kill them.” Members of the organization have also announced the boycott of Kamal Hassan films.
