New Delhi: Two Minors Sexually Abused, Filmed & Subjected ‘Inhuman’ TortureNew Delhi: Ten persons subjected two minor to third degree, forced them to sexual assault on one another and filmed the crime in West Delhi, after which two accused have been arrested, the police said on November 5. In addition to unnatural sex and other crimes as well as sexual harassment, an FIR has been registered against 10 persons under the Protection of Children (POCSO) Act, and two of them arrested late night on Saturday, special commissioner of Delhi Police and Chief PRO Dependra Pathak said.
The crime happened in Rohini on October 26, but came to light on Saturday the boys’ families had contacted the police when the video footage recorded by the accused was went viral on social media.
The police said that the boys aged between 13 to 15 years-old are friends and live with their families in the Metro Vihar area of Holambi Kalan.
As one of the accused, Kanwar Singh, suspected of being involved in the theft at his residence, his men summoned a minor and made him hostage.
The accused persons beat them with a leather belt and when the victim did not accept the theft, the accused called his friend, forced them to strip, and tortured them for more than five hours, the police said.
A senior police officer said that, in this case both were forced to commit sexual acts on one another, were filmed in this process and threatened to upload clipping on the internet.
The accused also put petrol and chilli powder on their private parts and burned them with cigarettes.
