Bhopal: A 65-year-old watchman and two other persons allegedly raped a 10-year-old girl, several times in the last three months, after that the accused persons were arrested by the Police.
According to the preliminary investigation, in the last three months, a class 5 student was raped twice or three times with the gang. She had been raped for the last time on November 12, Jitagirabad police said.
The watchman Nannu Lal 65-year-old, Gokul Panwala 45-year-old, and Gyanendra Pandit 36-year-old, allegedly raped the girl in the house of Suman Pandey 50-year-old, who has been arrested, Police Said.

The girl’s mother had lodged a complaint to the police yesterday, the officer said. The mother of the survivor noticed that her daughter was sad and silent for the last few days. When asked, the girl did not speak initially, but later she told her mother her intimacy, he said.
Police said that the accused, which lived in the same area of the girl, had threatened the victim with dire consequences and threatened not to reveal the incident to anyone. According to the police, Accused Suman used to entice the girl with sweets.
That, On the basis of the complaint, a case was registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, including 376D (gang rape), and the provisions of protection of children from the Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO).
The three accused were arrested last evening, the inspector said. While Gokul runs a Pan shop, Gyanendra is a driver, Suman works as a domestic help, Police said.
