The India’s Manushi Chhillar won the title of Miss World 2017 pageant. Last time India had won the title 17 years ago when Priyanka Chopra won the title in 2000.
The Manushi Chhillar, who had previously won the title of Femina Miss India 2017 is from Haryana and also is the sixth Indian to be crowned Miss World.
She was one of the 109 competitors from different countries in a grand event organized in Sanya City Arena in Beijing, China. The Miss World 2016 Winner, Puerto Rico’s Stephanie Del Valle gave the crown to Manushi.
The Manushi Chhillar 20-year-old, when her name was announced, was very shocked, in the audience could not have excited in her family.
That, prior to winning the actual title, with the aim of the Miss World competition, Manushi won the major challenge and beauty.
Asked for her last question, which profession in the world is entitled to the highest salary and why, she said, “My mother is my biggest inspiration, so I have to say that there is a mother’s job. It is not always about cash, but also the love, respect and honor of a mother. Her answer definitely influenced the judges.
