That, On 12-11-2017 night after having dinner the complainant Mohammed Riyaz Subhani and his family members were sleeping in their house, in the early morning at about 04:30 hours the accused Mohammed Mateen Hamed have entered into their house by scaling over the balcony and committed theft of gold ornaments and other items and sped away. Basing on the above incident registered a case, Vide Cr. No. 2362/2017 U/s 380 IPC of PS Rajendranagar and investigation into the matter.
The Accused Person Mohammed Mateen Hamed @ Tabish S/o Mohammed Hamed Shakeel, Age: 22 years, Student, R/o Asif Nagar, Hyderabad is a habitual offender and hails from Asif Nagar, Hyderabad. That, previously in the year-2014 he was arrested by Mailardevpally PS in two automobile theft cases and went to jail.
After released from the jail, he did not change his attitude and he became a habitual offender. On the information of the Finger Prints Unit of Cyberabad, yesterday Rajendranagar crime and CCS Shamshabad staffs were apprehended the accused at his residence and interrogated him thoroughly, on interrogation the accused confessed to have committed this offence and he was remanded to judicial custody, Police said
