Hyderabad: The Hyderabad City Police arrested a 32-year-old accused Person, who runs a recruitment consultancy for allegedly demand ‘hot’ pictures from a female job applicant.
That, After a complaint from the woman an engineering graduate, officers of the SHE Team arrest the accused person B. Narender Singh, Police said
The complainant had approached for an interview for the job in the IT field. After this, when she contacted the accused person through Whatsapp to know about the status of her application, then the accused Singh asked her to send her a “hot” picture. The victim Shocked, she refused, the Singh allegedly repeated his demand when the woman called him after a few days to ask about the progress of her Job application.
As per the Complaint, the accused said that As long as she does not send her hot photos to him, he does not consider her for the job. The accused Singh told her that he would be recruiting candidates for several reputed IT companies, and if she agreed to send her hot photographs, he would give him a good job, and she would be difficult to get a job as she is a fresher, the complaint said.
The accused Singh was arrested under relevant sections of Information Technology Act, Police said.
