Bhopal: A 23-year-old female salesman was allegedly raped on a passenger train at a knife-point in a moving in the Bherkhera area under the Bhopal railway division of Western Railway, A GRP official said.
This incident took place on November 25 in the toilet of a sleeper coach of Amarkantak Express (Durg-Bhopal). The deputy inspector in charge of Habibganj Government Railway Police (GRP) BL Sen said the woman is an unauthorized seller who sells popcorn on the train.
The Police said that this woman is from Budhni in Sehore district of the state and the accused has been identified as Jitu 25-year-old who is from Bhopal. But No arrest has been made in this case so far.
