New Delhi: The Income Tax department has sent a Tax notice to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Arvind Kejriwal on Monday for tax of Rupees 30.67 Crore.
As per the report, the Income Tax (I-T) department has alleged that you have not disclosed the donation’s amount of Rs. 13 Crore in 2014-15 and 461 donors have informed the Election Commission. The Aam Aadmi Party has been asked to pay the penalty till 7th December.
However, AAP has expressed that the assessment of the IT department is fake and malafide adding that they have full faith in law and order.
