New Delhi: The Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi made a big frenzy after coming to Somnath temple after allegedly signing a register meant for non-Hindus. The Congress Media Cell further said that Mr. Gandhi was a ‘Jenu Dhari’ Hindu (who wears a sacred thread) and released some family pictures to claim.
The ruling BJP emphasized that while announcing the Congress’ religious beliefs, the Congress replied that Rahul Gandhi had signed the Register for the Hindus only and had signed the Register for Non-Hindus was fabricated.
The Congress released a screen shot of the register for the Hindus, which was signed by Mr. Gandhi. Apparently Congress’s Media Coordinator Manoj Tyagi had registered Gandhi’s name in a register for non-Hindus.
While Writing the name of the Muslim Congress general secretary Ahmed Patel, who was a vice-president of the Congress, Mr. Tyagi apparently organized Gandhi’s name in the registration of non-Hindus, the party leader said.
