Hyderabad: The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad Declaration of Public Holiday on 02.12.2017 (Saturday) Instead of 01.12.2017 (Friday) on the occasion of Eid-Miladun-Nabi to the Registry of the High Court and to the offices working under the administrative control of the High Court of Judiciary at Hyderabad and to all the subordinate courts in the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh including Tribunals and Labour Courts and 01.12.2017 (Friday) Will be working day for all the subordinate courts including Tribunals and Labour Courts in the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. As per the Notification No. 36/SO/2017 dated 30-11-2017.
That the Government of Telangana on Friday declared December 2 as a General Holiday on account of Eid Miladun Nabi, the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH). That, Earlier, the State Government had declared December 1 as a Public Holiday on the occasion Eid Miladun Nabi. Since the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awal as per moon sight is falling on December 2, the orders have been modified.
