Telangana: Best Journalist Awards for the year 2008, 2009 and 2010 by Information and Public Relations Department

Hyderabad: The Best Journalist Awards for the year 2008, 2009 and 2010 to (15) Journalists belonging to Telangana State were given away at a function organised here today by Information and Public Relations Department at its office at A.C.Guards, Hyderabad.
Participating as Chief Guest the Chairman, Media Academy of Telangana State, Allam Narayana said that the government is committed for the welfare of the Journalists and listed out various welfare measures being taken up for the Journalists in the State. He emphasised the role of the Journalists in moulding public opinion. He also hailed the role of the Journalists in achieving separate Telangana State.

The Commissioner, In awards to 15 Journalists belonging to Telangana State, he said. The Press, being the Fourth Estate, plays a vital role in the Society, he said. He congratulated the Awardees on the occasion.
