Chennai: The Superstar Rajinikanth on the first day of his six-day meeting with fans, the actor Rajinikanth said on Tuesday that he would join politics in “God’s will”, He further said that he will take a decision on his political debut on December 31.
The actor said, “I am not saying that I will join politics, I will announce my stance on December 31.” The Rajinikanth said, “I am not new in politics. I got delayed, entering is equal to victory.”He said that he is “hesitant” to enter politics, because he knows its mobility.
Talking about his debut in politics, Rajinikanth said, “When we go to fight we should be ready. We need to fight to win or there is no use to go to a battle.”
During his meeting with fans in May of this year, the superstar had said, “Let us face war when it comes”.
Rajinikanth said that he was humbled when former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa meet with him at his house.
The 67-year-old actor met on Tuesday nearly 1,000 fans in 18 districts and he indicated about the possibility of joining politics. Addressing his fans, the actor said, “I am excited to meet my fans. I had planned to meet my fans in advance.”
