Palwal: In a Shocking Incident, A retired Army officer, believed to be mentally unstable, had killed six people with iron rod and also attack police personnel in the early hours on Tuesday in Palwal in Haryana, Police said.
The accused, identified as Naresh Dhankhed 45-years-old were on a violence between 2 and 4 o’clock in the distance of 2 km between Agra Chowk and Camp Colony.
