Hyderabad: The Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi, president of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), said on Tuesday that Wasim Rizvi, the president of the Shia Central Waqf Board, a ‘buffoon’ and an opportunist had said that the Madarsas had created the terrorists.
The Asaduddin Owaisi said that Rizvi sold his soul to the RSS (RSS). The Wasim Rizvi is the greatest Joker, an opportunist; he has sold his soul in RSS. I challenge this person to show a Shia or Sunni or Madarasa where such teachings are given. If there is evidence then he should go to the Home Minister, “he said.
That, Rizvi had said on the first day that most Madrassas were not recognized in the country and Muslim students studying in such institutions were heading towards terrorism. The Waseem Rizvi, President of Shia Central Waqf Board, said that how many Madrassas have produced engineers, doctors, IAS officers? Yes, but some Madarsas have created terrorists.”
The Rizvi claimed that he had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in which it was claimed that the Madarsas had created the terrorists and they should make efforts to make changes in mainstream education.
