Hyderabad: A 24-year-old girl was stabbed to death allegedly by the jilted lover for rejecting the marriage proposal in Hyderabad. The deceased, B Janki, was a girl salesgirl in a supermarket and the accused was her former colleague.
The incident occurred on Tuesday when the accused, identified as Anand, visited Janki at her rental place in the Moosapet area in Hyderabad. The deceased hails from Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh.
The Deceased Janki, who used to share her accommodation with other roommates, was alone when the accused visited, after some time; one of roommate found deceased Janki in the rooms fell in a pool of blood and informed the police.
The police suspect that Anand allegedly killed Janki because she rejected his marriage proposal, police registered the case and investigating the matter, Police said.
