Hyderabad: The Police arrested Twelve Persons Held for Illegal Possession of Deadly Weapons and Seized Arms 13, Swords 10, Daggers 2, Long Knife1, on credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team conducted simultaneous raids in the limits of Hyderabad City Police and arrested twelve Accused persons by name 1) Sood Aman Singh, 2)Tusam Kunal Singh 3)Sudheer Singh, 4)Mohammed Salman, 5)Mohammed Mujeeb, 6)Musthafa Hussain, 7) Bisent Shashikanth Singh, 8)Mohd.Yaseen Ahamed, 9)Mohd Rawoof, 10)Salman Khan 11)Mohd. Sirajuddin & 12)Mohd. Sohail , where in the accused persons through online market have purchased & illegal possession of deadly weapon i.e. Swords, Daggers, Long knifes etc for their illegal usage and use to take photograph with the prohibited length Arms and post the same in the social media, i.e. Face book, Whats app messenger to create panic in the public. Seized deadly arms Swords- 10, Daggers-02, Long knife-01 from the possession of above accused persons.
The accused persons by name 1)Sood Aman Singh, 2)Tusam Kunal Singh, 3)Sudheer Singh, 4)Mohammed Salman are residing in the limits of Mangalhat police Station. Two months back the accused persons for the purpose of illegal usage through online marketing purchased deadly weapons i.e. Sword, dagger , Long knife through Snap deal service for Rs. 2000/- to 2200/- each and kept with them for illegal usage purpose. They got photographed by hold the deadly arms and the same posted in social media i.e. Face book, Whats app messenger for used in illegal manner create panic in common public. The deadly Arms are prohibited length with sharp edged dagger. In this manner the accused 1)Sood Aman Singh purchased one sword, 2).Tusam Kunal Singh purchased 02 deadly arms i.e. one Sword, one Dagger, 3) Sudheer Singh purchased one Long knife, 4) Mohammed Salman purchased Sword through snap deal online market.
The accused 1)Mohd Mujeeb is residing in the limits of Vattepally, Hussainiyam & 2). Musthafa Hussain residing in the limits of Hussainiyalam. In the month of Nov-2017 he purchased two Swords, through snap deal online market for Rs. 2300/- for illegal usage which is prohibited length arm. The accused illegal procured and possession of deadly arm i.e. sword and used to post the same in social media for his illegal usage.
The accused Bisent Shashikanth Singh is residing in the limits of Kandikalgate, Chatrinaka PS. In the month of Dec-2017 he purchased one Sword, through snap deal online market for Rs. 1999/- for illegal usage, which is prohibited length Arm. The accused illegal procured and possession of deadly arm i.e. sword and used to post the same in social media for his illegal usage.
The accused 1)Mohd Yaseen Ahamed is residing in the limits of Chota Bazar, Golnaka PS and 2)Mohd Rawoof residing in the limits of Khaji Gally, Golkonda PS. In the month of Dec-2017 he purchased two Swords, through snap deal online market for Rs. 2000/- for illegal usage which is prohibited length Arm. The accused illegal procured and possession of deadly arm i.e. sword and used to post the same in social media for his illegal usage.
The accused Salman Khan is residing in the limits of Humayun Nagar PS. In the month of Dec-2017 he purchased one Sword, through snap deal online market for Rs. 2000/- for illegal usage, which is prohibited length Arm. The accused illegal procured and possession of deadly arm i.e. sword and used to post the same in social media for his illegal usage.
The accused Mohd. Sirajuddin is residing in the limits of lakeview Apartment, Bahuddurpura PS. In the month of Dec-2017 he purchased one Sword, through snap deal online market for Rs. 2000/- for illegal usage, which is prohibited length Arm. The accused illegal procured and possession of deadly arm i.e. sword and used to post the same in social media for his illegal usage.
The accused Mohd Sohail is residing in the limits of Bapu Nagar, Amberpet PS. In the month of Dec-2017 he purchased one Dagger, through snap deal online market for Rs. 2200/- for illegal usage, which is prohibited length Arm. The accused illegal procured and possession of deadly arm i.e. Dagger and used to post the same in social media for his illegal usage.
The apprehended accused persons being handed over to the concerned Police Station of SHOs along with seized Arms to take necessary legal action under The Arms Act -1959.
Police Appealed to the Citizens, In this connection, it is to appeal the citizens that not to purchase the prohibited sharp edge length deadly arms i.e. Dagger, Sward, Knife etc & do not take photos with prohibited arms and post in the Social media i.e. Face book, Whats app etc and illegal possession of such type of Arms, it is a cognizable offence under the Arms Act.
Further it is to came to notice of the Police that the online service agents are sell the prohibited length sharp edge arms illegally, hence it is instructed to the Courier services i.e. Snap deal, Amazon, Flip Kart etc that not to sell or deliver the prohibited arms through their services. If anyone violated Arms Act rules You may inform us to enable us to take stringent action against those people or Service agents as per law.
