Parkland: In a Shocking incident a former student armed with an AR-15 rifle opened fire in a Florida high school killing at least 17 persons on Wednesday, in the fear of an accidental shooting, frightened students hiding under closets and under the table.
The Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel identified the gunman as Nikolas Cruz, 19-year-old, a former student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, the student who was expelled for “disciplinary reasons”.
The gunman was arrested without incident in any of the Coral Springs after Valentine’s Day rampage and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, Sheriff said.
