New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear the plea on Wednesday, which was filed by Kerala’s actress Priya Prakash Varrier seeking to quash the FIR’s and fatwa issued against her in the state of Maharashtra and Telangana for the Malayalam song in the movie Oru Adaar Love on the ground that the Lyrics of the son is hurting the Religious sentiments/feelings of Muslims.
The Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justice A.M. K. Khanwilkar and the D.Y. Chandrachud has agreed to hear the case on a mention made by the lawyer Harris Beeran pleading for early hearing can be made.
