Hyderabad: The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team apprehended one person D. Shekar who was serving hookah and also liquor without any valid license in “HUT-K” Coffee Lounge, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The Police Seized 3 Hookah Pots, Hookah Flavours, Pipes and liquor bottles One Black Dog, one Blenders pride, one Absolute vodka, 55 beers from his possession.
The accused persons D.Shekar, J.Nurandaraiah and Kishore, Owner of Hut-K, Coffee Lounge, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The Police raid on “Hut-K Coffee Lounge, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and found the accused D.Shekar was serving Hookah and Liquor bottles in the said Coffee lounge with the instigation of the accused persons J.Nurandaraiah and Kishore without any valid license from the concerned authorities. They were also not maintaining the guidelines under COTP Act and Hyderabad City Police Act. In this case the accused persons J.Nurandaraiah and Kishore are at large.
The Police booked a case under section 188 IPC, Sec.4 & 20(2) of COTP Act and Sec.34 (a) of AP Excise Act and the accused persons was handed over along with the seized property to Jubilee Hills Police Station for further investigation.
