The Lokpal issue is still pending. Our Chief Minister is saying that this issue will be resolved within six months. The government and the people are not separate bodies; they are doing well for the people. It is the duty of the government to do good for the people, Hazare said.
The site of his protest was the only prestigious Ram Leela Maidan, where he was sitting on a hunger strike in the year 2011, it was demanded that the government established Lokpal for investigating corruption cases.
