Hyderabad: In a Buzzer Incident, a man was killed in a fight over a chicken dish at an engagement ceremony in Hyderabad on Monday. The incident took place at Tariqat Manzil Function Hall in Hussaini Alam Hyderabad at about 1.30 AM. The few guests wanted chicken dish to be served and felt insulted over the delay. They were also upset over some remarks made by another group. This led to an argument between the two groups. As the dinner ended, the group returned with around 10- 15 persons and some armed with knives. They attacked the hosts, killing a youth Anwar @ Anu 28-years-old, resident of Jamia Nizamia under Hussainialam Police Station Limits on the spot and another youth, Sohail, was injured and is admitted to hospital, Police Said. The attackers also entered the women’s section at the venue, leading to further panic. The police said three people were taken into custody and they were on lookout for the other attackers.
