Hyderabad: The Hon’ble Executive Chairman, National Legal Services Authority was pleased to direct the Legal Services Functionaries to convene National Lok Adalat throughout the country on by-monthly basis and the next National Lok Adalat during this year will be held on 22 April 2018 to cut short the long pending cases with a Moto not only to reduce the burden on the courts but also to provide immediate relief to the litigant public.
That, As per the direction of the Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh and Patron-in-Chief, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Members Secretaries of both the state, convened a meeting on 13 April 2018 with the state level officer of the Insurance companies and Bank officials in the conference Hall of Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad to chalk out the feasibility of settling more number of cases pertaining to Motor Accident Claims and Bank cases pending on the file of various courts in the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
In the said meeting, emphasis is made on the need of settling the claims in Motor Accident Cases Settlement of Bank cases speedily and amicably in the ensuring National Lok Adalat to be held 22 April 2018 and all the participant officers assured to extent their co-operation in this regard for settling more number of Motor Accident Claims cases and Bank cases pending on the file of Various courts in the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The Public who are the claimants in the Motor Accident Claims Cases and Bank Cases and whose cases are pending on the file of various courts, to participate in the ensuring National Lok Adalat on 22 April 2018 and get speedy Justice and immediate relief by getting their matters settled before National Lok Adalat and get benefit of refund of courts fee already paid in Pending Cases.
