The Central Crime Station Police arrested Asst. commissioner for government examinations, Hyderabad district in the racket of fake permissions of PTO, PR, and ETRS issued to private schools in Hyderabad city.
The CCS, DD, Hyderabad Police Registered a case Crime No. 60/2018 U/Sec. 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC & Sec. 7 & 13(1)(d) r/w 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act of CCS, DD, Hyderabad. The accused person Gunza Samuel Yesubakth Joshua @ Samuel @ Joshua, Asst. Commissioner for Government Examination, Examination Branch, O/o the DEO, Hyderabad District has arrested on 31-05-2018 and being produced before the Hon’ble Court of Principal Special Judge for ACB & SPE Cases at Hyderabad.
The accused persons Gunza Samuel Yesubakth Joshua @ Samuel @ Joshua entered the fake ETRs (Extension of Temporary Recognition) of 14 private High School in the official website of education department through online by colluding with the accused Mohd Mansoor Ali and others of educational department and generated SSC School codes. Contrary to the procedure, the accused allotted SSC School Code for the academic year 2017 – 2018 without following the official process.
