Hyderabad: In the wake of unprecedented calamity in Kerala, it is decided not to hold Rakhi Celebrations at Raj Bhavan this year, on August 26. Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana E.S.L. Narasimhan, appealed to the people of the two states to help the people of Kerala recover from the devastating floods.
