A high level delegation comprising officials from the Government of Singapore met the Principal Secretary Municipal Administration Arvind Kumar today and discussed the possibility of setting up an urban centre of excellence in the State. Mr. Timothy Sun and Ms Ong Lixia deliberated on the components of the proposed urban centre of excellence. This meeting is a follow up of the Municipal Administration Minister Mr. K T Ramarao’s recent visit to Singapore wherein the issue of setting up an urban centre of excellence in the state was first mooted.
