The Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary Industries & Commerce, ITE&C, Govt. of Telangana has launched E-office in TSIIC on 10th September 2018 at Secretariat in the presence of E. Venkat Narsimha Reddy, VC&MD, TSIIC, Ms Vatsala Mishra, OSD Industries department, Director MSME, Govt. of Telangana.
TSIIC is one of the first departments in the Industries dept. of Govt. of Telangana to implement the E-office for paperless file management system which replaces the erstwhile physical paper files with an electronic file system.
Implementation of E-office in TSIIC paves way for an efficient file management system in a paperless manner which reduces the turnaround time and provides effective resource management to improve the quality of administration. It ensures better security because of digital signature certificate and encryption while transforming data from one user to another. The E-Office facilitates the generation of management information system report, which enables officials to review the daily activities going on.
The e-office in TSIIC is implemented by MIS wing of TSIIC consisting of Suraj Kumar Kotla, Manager (MIS), TSIIC and Vishnuvardhan Reddy in connection with ITE&C dept. Govt. of Telangana team consisting of P. Srinivas, Joint Secretary, E-Governance, Rushitha, Project Manager, E-Governance, Mounika Project Engineer.
