The Hon’ble Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan participated as Chief Guest at the annual dance festival Natyotsav 2018 organised by Kalinga Cultural Trust at the Kalinga Cultural Centre, Hyderabad on Monday. Lady Governor Smt. Vimala Narasimhan also participated in the programme and presented mementoes to the Odissi and Gotipua dance performers of Konark Natya Mandap, Odisha.
