Hyderabad: The Rajendernagar arrested one offender, On credible information the most wanted habitual offender cum night house burglar also absconder is apprehended by Rajendranagar Police at Nizamabad Railway station and interrogated thoroughly, on integration he confessed to have committed eight house burglaries in which six of Rajendranagar PS, one of Lalaguda PS and one Malkajigiri PS Limits.
The Police recovered Rs 2 Lakhs worth property, Tula gold ornaments and ½ Kg silver ornaments. The arrested accused person Thimiya Sathya Murthy @ Jhon @ Devid @ Uncle @ Jhon Akruss @ Baba @ Sathyam @ Murthy S/o Thimiya, Age: 63 years, Occ: Labour, R/o Kishan Bagh, Bahadurpura N/o H.No. 1/546, Fourth Street Jyothi Nagar, Padianallur, Tiruvallur, Tamilnadu State.
The arrested accused is a habitual offender-cum-notorious criminal and his native place is Chennai, Tamil Nadu State. That Previously, he was committed house burglaries and remanded to judicial custody by Chennai Police. As well as he committed a murder for gain and he was convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and detained in Chennai Central Prison. After released from Jail, he did not change his attitude and committed several offences. Later he came to Hyderabad City and he took shelter at Kishan Bagh, Bahadurpura and from the last one year he was committed several offences.
Today morning hours on credible information Rajendranagar crime staff were apprehended the accused at the Nizamabad Railway Station and brought to Police station and interrogated him thoroughly and tactfully. On interrogation the accused
confessed the following offences:-
1) Cr. No. 452/2016 U/s 457, 380 IPC of PS Rajendranagar.
2) Cr. No. 464/2016 U/s 457, 380 IPC of PS Rajendranagar.
3) Cr. No. 657/2016 U/s 454, 380 IPC of PS Rajendranagar.
4) Cr. No. 589/2017 U/s 457, 380 IPC of PS Rajendranagar.
5) Cr. No. 599/2017 U/s 457, 380 IPC of PS Rajendranagar.
6) Cr. No. 1484/2017 U/s 457, 380 IPC of PS Rajendranagar.
7) Cr. No. 190/2017 U/s 457, 380 IPC of PS Lalaguda, Hyd.
8) Cr.No.551/2017 U/s 457,380 IPC of PS Malkajgiri.
In the above cases the accused Mohammed Meharj was already arrested, recovered the stolen property and was remanded to judicial custody, Police said.
