Hyderabad: The South Zone Police Nabbed Two Bahrain Nationals, One Qazi and One Lodge owner pertaining to Shaik Marriage registered at, PS Bhavani Nagar and 5 other accused persons in a case registered at PS Kamatipura.
The accused persons Mohamed Mahmood Abdul Rehman Mahmood, Yousuf Mahmood Abdul Rahman Mahmood Khairi (Bahrain Nationals), Qazi Askar Ali Rafai of Hyderabad, Mohammed Barkathullah Sharif of Hyderabad.
That, After the incident minor girl marriage case reported on 17.08.2017 at Falaknuma, Police station, the Hyderabad City Police took the incident very seriously and conducted a deep probe into the matter regarding to the Shaik marriages which are being continued in Old City, Hyderabad with strong network right from the arrival of Shaiks at the airport and till the marriage as per choice and departure of Shaiks to the respective countries
On 20.09.2017 Falaknuma Police arrested Five Omani, Three Qatar Nations, Five Local brokers, Three Qazis and Four Lodge Owners on the said subject of matter and kept a close watch on Shaik marriages.
On a tip of information Bhavani Nagar Police nabbed Two Bahrain nationals, One Qazi and One Lodge Owner who were indulged in international trafficking of Girls in the name of marriages with a malafide intention.
Due to the tough going by the South Zone police on the Saik marriages with the minor girls in old city they were choosing other places in and around places of Hyderabad City. In the subject matter the accused persons and the Qazi were performed the marriage at Tolichowkin and got shelter in Safa Towers, Tolichowki with the help of the owner of Mohammed Barkathullah Sharif.
That, on 31.10.2017 received a complaint from Smt. Kulsum Begum W/o Mohd. Moinuddin, age 61 yrs, Occ: Housewife, R/o H.No. 23-3-156, Darabjung lane, Yakuthpura, Hyderabad on behalf of her second daughter Sameena Begum, age 29 yrs stating that, two persons by name 1) Mohamed Mahmood Abdul Rehman Mahmood and 2) Yousuf Mahmood Abdul Rahman Mahmood Khairi N/o Bahrain country came to Hyderabad on 24.05.2017 and among them Mohamed Mahmood Abdul Rehaman Mahmood performed marriage with her daughter at King Koti in the presence of one Quazi by name Askar Ali Rafai. After marriage they took her daughter to Bahrain as maid servant and after fulfilling their sexual desires they sent back her daughter and again they planned to perform another marriage with one Ayesha Bee R/o Talabkatta, Hyderabad.(Subject matter of Cr.No. 131/2017 U/s 370, 420 IPC of PS Bhavaninagar).
The Accused persons Mohamed Mahmood Abdul Rehman Mahmood, Yousuf Mahmood Abdul Rahman Mahmood Khairi (Bahrain Nationals). They both are Bahrain Nationals and they are siblings too. On 24.05.2017 they both came to Hyderabad with a planned agenda for trafficking girls for their enjoyment and fulfilling sexual desires in the name of marriages and Mohamed Mahmood Abdul Rehman Mahmood performed marriage with complainant daughter Sameena Begum, 29-years-old and taken away her to their country. After fulfilling his sexual desires, they sent back her without giving divorce and again, they planned to exploitation of girls in the name of marriages.
The accused Qazi Askar Ali Rafai of Hyderabad, He is a Qazi and knowingly performed the marriage of a complainant daughter with the accused Mohamed Mahmood Abdul Rehman Mahmood by taking huge remuneration and involved in international trafficking. He is encouraging the Shaik marriages and knowingly performing the marriages of minor girls with old aged Shaiks by violating Indian laws and thereby indulging in international trafficking.
The accused Mohammed Barkathullah Sharif of Hyderabad, He is a resident of Masabtank, Hyderabad. He is having a flat in Safa Towers, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. He converted his flat into a plush guest house and providing shelter to Shaiks who arriving in Hyderabad for performing marriages with young girls for enjoyment. He is contacting the Shaiks through local brokers and arranging his flat as accommodation for their enjoyment and illegal activities and gaining illegal profits. He provided the accommodation for above said Bahrain Nationals and encouraged their illegal activities.
The accused Shaiks were the Bahrain Nationals and they both are siblings. As their income sources are high in their country and they decided to fulfill their sexual desires for enjoyment by trafficking girls, but as there is having high demand to perform marriages with Bahrain Muslim girls, as such, they are targeting poor Muslim families of Hyderabad, Old city by offering those families by giving huge cash & gold to perform marriage. To perform their marriage, they are contacting local brokers by giving them huge commission and after collecting huge commission from Bahrain nationals, local brokers are arranging poor Muslims girls for performing marriage with them. After marriage, they are trafficking the girls to their country and fulfilling their sexual desires. After completion of their enjoyment they are sending back the innocent Muslim girls to India without giving divorce to them and preparing themselves to perform another marriage for their sexual desires.
In an another case of kamatipura Police Station:
The Arrested accused persons, who involved in rape and sexual assault case against minor girls aged about 14 years.
The Arrested, Accused Person Bipasha Bee, Rahseeda Bee, Naser Bin Mahmood, Fathe Bin Mahmood, Salman and the Absconding Accused Person are Siddiq Ahmed Quzi and Shaheen.
That, on 09.11.2017, Smt. Salma Begum lodged a complaint that her minor Daughter got married with Arab Shanik Shaik Sagharoun Salim Abdallah, 64-years, Oman National. At the time of marriage, her daughter, age was 14 year.
Agents (Brokers) Bipasha Bee, Rahseeda Bee, Shaheen all R/o Teeglakunta Falanuma, Hyderabad approached the complainant and forced the complainant to perform the Marriage of her minor girl with Arab Shaik by luring her that the complainant financial problems might get solved. The Naser Bin Mahmood, Fathe Bin Mahmood both are siblings. These two persons have the contacts with the Arab Shaiks wanted to perform contract marriages. The Agents (Brokers) Bipasha Bee, Rahseeda Bee, Shaheen approached Naser Bin Mahmood, Fathe Bin Mahmood to perform the marriage of the minor girl with the Arab Sahiks. At that time Oman national by name Sagharoun Saleem Abdulla was in contact with Naser Bin Mahmood and Fathe Bin Mahmood. The Naser Bin Mahmood and Fathe Bin Mahmood and (Brokers) Bipasha Bee, Rahseeda Bee, Shaheen, along with complainant and victim girl visit to Gulshan Nagar and meet with Oman national Sagharoun Saleem Abdulla and made an agreement for Rs. 1 Lakh. The Naser Bin Mahmood and Fathe Bin Mahmood were taken Rs. 25,000/- as commission and Rs. 15,000/- as commission among three lady brokers from the given amount of Rs. 1 Lakh. To Perform the marriage, Habeeb was created minor girl’s duplicate Municipal Birth certificate, Voter ID Card, Adhar Card to say that the victim girl is major and can perform marriages. On the strength of the created documents, the agents / brokers managed to obtain an Indian Passport on the name of the victim girl.
After agreement they married at Nampally Yousuf Baba Dargha, the marriage performed by Qazi Siddiq Ahmed on 29-10-2014. After marriage Oman Shaik taken the minor girl to Kumar lodge and spent one week and enjoyed matrimony life. After 10 days the oman nation returned back to his nation and after 15 days he had sent visa to the minor victim girl. On that visa the brokers and the victim’s girl mother sent the victim girl to Oman. There victim girl spent with Oman shaik for 2 years and returned back to India on health ground. She came to India during the month of March 2017. On her return to India, Oman Shaik called over phone to the complainant and her Daughter to return her to Oman Country otherwise he would make a complaint to Oman Police at Oman.
To escape from the Oman national harassment In the month of July 2017 she went to Doha Qatar, on the work visa with help of Salman and Sajid . Now also she is facing harassment by the Khadamas.
The Minor Girl has informed to the complainant about the happening on her. The complainant has approached the Kamatipura Police to take action. On receipt to the complaint, a case was registered at PS Kamtipura and tookup the investigation. During the course of Investigation, Bipasha Bee, Rahseeda Bee, Naser Bin Mahmood, Fathe Bin Mahmood, Siddiq Ahmed Quzi and Salman were arrested.
Speaking to the media, V. Satyanaryana, IPS DCP South Zone said that, south Zone Police has set-up a special information System through which we will get the information about the Shaiks coming to Hyderabad to get Contract marriage. We will conduct the raids on the subject matter in any part of Hyderabad to curtail the unsocial and uncultured activities in future.
