Hyderabad: A Person Held for Cheated innocent persons on the guise of providing fogging Man jobs in industrial areas in twin cities by collecting a total amount of (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) from the Innocent People, that on credible information the sleuths of the Commissioners Task Force, West Zone Team, Hyderabad apprehended one person who was cheated the innocent people in the guise of providing Fogging Jobs in Industrial areas in twin cities by taking huge money from them. Seized net Cash of Rs.50,000/-, (1) Computer System i.e. Monitor, CPU, Key board & Mouse, (1) Laptop, (1) Printer, (1) Scanner, (2) Registers, (25) Job Offer letters, (20) Letterheads in the name of The Hyderabadi Workers Pvt. Ltd., (50) Visiting Cards, (2) Stamps and (2) Cell phones from his possession.
The arrested accused person M.Jhonson S/o M.Gandaiah, aged 40 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o H.No.17-1-181/A/187, Chandraiah Huts, Madannapet, Hyderabad. The accused M.Jhonson is native of Madannapet, Hyderabad. He completed his degree studies in distance education from the Ambedkar Open University. After completion of his degree studies, he worked as a private employee in different companies in Hyderabad. At present, he is doing business in the name of The Hyderabadi Workers at Flat No.407, Yeturi Towers Commercial Complex, AC Guards, Masab Tank, Hyderabad.
That, In the month of June-2015 the accused M.Jhonson started business in the name of The Hyderabadi Workers at Flat No.401, Jamuna Towers, Malakpet, Hyderabad. He took the Flat No.401 on rent for Rs.7,000/- per month. He established an NGO organization for GHMC workers and he engaged workers in various areas without GHMC permission under the name of the Greater Hyderabad Youth Federation (GHFY) and Save Hyderabadi People (SHP) and promising the gullible unemployed youth jobs in GHMC and collected an amount of Rs.30,000/- to Rs.50,000/- from un-employee youth and poor people. After receipt of money he engaged them as cleaning workers and supervisors in different GHMC circles. To gain the confidence of the people he intimated them that they are workers in GHMC circles. The said Johnson paid Rs.7,100/- to the sweeper & Kamati worker and Rs.8,100/- to the supervisors through his NGO organization, the payment of salaries to the few of the persons is from the money paid by them only. Other unemployed youth were not employed.
The accused used the name of GHMC in his nefarious activities and tarnishing the image of GHMC and collected money from the general public in the guise of providing employment to them. In this regard, in the month of September-2015 a case was registered against him Vide. Cr.No.231/2015 U/s 420 IPC of CCS, Hyderabad City.
In the month of June-2017 he again started a business in the name of The Hyderabadi Workers at Flat No.407, Yeturi Towers Commercial Complex, AC Guards, Masab Tank, Hyderabad. He took the Flat No.407 on rent for Rs.21,000/- per month. He again hatched a plan to cheat the unemployed youth poor people in the guise of providing job by taking money from them. He is offering the innocent people that he will arrange Fogging Man jobs in Industrial areas of the twin cities. But he did not have any permission or agreement from any Industrial department for requirement of employees. He is collecting money of Rs.10,000/- to Rs.25,000/- from un-employed youth and poor people to arrange jobs for them. He used to conduct interviews in his office to innocent people and used to give offer letters to them on their names by mentioning in the offer letter that you will be working as a Fogging Man for Hyderabad twin city industrial areas if given on a hired basis by THE HYDERABADI WORKER PVT. LTD on one year contract basis, and he is marking the stamps on offer letters by mentioning as director. But he did not arrange any jobs to innocent people and cheating them on the guise of providing jobs for them.
So far he cheated nearly 200 to 250 innocent people in the guise of providing Fogging Man job in industrial areas in twin cities by collecting money of Rs.20 Lakhs to Rs.25 Lakhs from them.
On credible information, apprehended the above accused at Flat No.407, Yeturi Towers Commercial Complex, AC Guards, Masab Tank, Hyderabad and recovered net Cash of Rs.50,000/-, (1) Computer System i.e. Monitor, CPU, Key board & Mouse, (1) Laptop, (1) Printer, (1) Scanner, (2) Registers, (25) Job Offer letters, (20) Letter heads in the name of The Hyderabadi Workers Pvt. Ltd., (50) Visiting Cards, (2) Stamps and (2) Cell phones.
The arrested accused along with seized property was handed over to SHO, Saifabad PS, for taking further necessary action, Dy.Commissioner of Police Said.
