Hyderabad: The Chilkalguda police arrested two persons who involved in Burning of TSRTC Bus at Musheerabad Depot, the accused persons who are students of Osmania University.
The accused involved in connection with burning of TSRTC bus 21.12.2017 at 1:30 hrs, both the accused persons are leaders of the Madiga student’s federation. Acting on complaint lodge by Bus driver by name A. Krishna is stating that on 21.12.2017 at about 1:30 hrs after completion of his duty, he parked the TSRTC bus No. AP282120 of Musheerabad Depot of 86J Route opposite to Jamia Osmania railway station for change over and went for tea, In the mean time two unknown persons having college bags wearing jeans pant and casual shirt boarded the station bus and got down after a few minutes after settling ablaze the seats in the bus by pouring kerosene.
Acting on complaint Chilkalguda police registered the case and started the investigation and examined about six persons as there was no CCTV footage of the incident. The Investigation officer by adopting the techniques traced the identity of the accused persons and arrested them 03.01.2018 from Sitaphalmandi Crossroad. The accused Persons are identified as G. Naresh 29-years-old and B. Anil 29-years-old, both the students of OU staying at hostels. Both the accused persons today produced before a Hon’ble magistrate by Chilkalguda police, while addressing the Press conference, DCP North Zone said.
