Hyderabad: The Hon’ble Executive Chairman, National Legal Services Authority was directed the Legal Services Functionaries to convene National Lok Adalat throughout the country on by-month basis and the first National Lok Adalat during this year will be held on 10th February 2018 to cut short the long pending cases with a Moto not only to reduce the burden on the courts but also to provide immediate relief to the litigant public.
As per the direction of the Hon,ble the Acting Chief Justice High Court of Judiciary at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state Legal Services Authority, Member Secretaries of both the states, convened a meeting on 30-01-2018 with the state level officers of Insurance Companies and Bank officials in the conference Hall of the state Legal Service Authority, Hyderabad to chalk out the feasibility of settling more number of cases pertaining to Motor Accident Claims and Bank Cases pending on the file of Various court in the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Secretary City Civil Court Legal Service Authority, Hyderabad also attended the said meeting.
In the said meeting, emphasis is made on the need of settling the claims in Motor Accident Cases, Settlements of Bank Cases Speedily and amicably in the ensuing National Lok Adalat to be Held on 10-02-2018 and all the participant officers assured to extent their co-operation in this regards for settling more number of Motor Accident Claims cases and Bank Cases pending on the file of Various court in the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
In this connection, it is Appeal to the Public who are the claimants in Motor Accident Claims cases and Bank Cases and whose cases are pending on the file of various courts to participate in the ensuing National Lok Adalat on 10-02-2018 and get speedy justice and immediate relief by getting their matters settled before National Lok Adalat and get benefit of refund of court Fee already paid in Pending Cases.
