Hyderabad: The GHMC is taking up construction o f 6264 houses under 2BHK programme at Rampally at Keesara Mandal at Medchel District with an extent area of 41 acres with all facilties like schools, Bus stands, Hospitals, Shopping Complex, providing ample parking space with 52 blocks stilt plus 10 storied building works which are in progress.
The Chitra Ramchandran, Special Chief Secretary for Housing along with senior officials of various Government Heads Departments inspected the ongoing works of 2BHGK at Keesara Mandal Site. The Special Chief Secretary directed the officials to expedite the works on priority to be complete in a stipulated time. The GHMC has taken up big project of 2BHK of 15,660 houses at Ramchandrapuram, Kolluru on the same lines second big project with 6,264 is being taken up at Keesara Mandal.
The Special Chief Secretary while on inspection interacted with the officials and appreciated them about the ongoing works and praised the officials for the providing 30 meters roads with ample space for the convenience of the beneficiaries and further directed them to take up the works as a model colony with all modernized technology. The Engineers briefed the Special C.S about the slab works which will be adopted with tunnel form works and the usage of modern technologies while taking up the constructions.
The Bharathi Holikeri Additional Commissioner, Satyamurthy, Chief Engineer Housing, Ravinder S.E Housing, Venkat Das Reddy E.E Housing and senior officials of the Engineering wing have participated in the visit.
