Hyderabad: In pursuance of the guidelines issued by the National Legal Services Authority, the Telangana State Services Authority has organized the first ever Virtual Lok Adalat on 07-11-2020 in the state of Telangana. The Hon’ble Chief Justice and Parton-in-Chief, Telangana state Legal Services Authority has inaugurated the Virtual Lok Adalat in the Presence of the Hon’ble Executive Chairman, Telangana state Legal Services and viewed the Virtual Lok Adalat in Ranga Reddy.
That under the guidance and leadership of the Hon’ble Justice Raghvendra S.Chauhan the Chief Justice of High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and Patron-in chief, Telangana state Legal Services Authority, the Hon’ble Justice M.S.Ramchandar Rao, Executive Chairman of Telangana State Legal Services Authority, the Hon’ble Justice P.Naveen Rao, Chairman of High Court Committee, the Telangana State Legal Services Authority have coordinated with all the District Legal Service Authority in the state and have organized Virtual Lok Adalat on 07-11-2020.
In the Virtual Lok Adalat 5469 Court Pending Cases of all categories and Pre-Litigation cases have been settled up to 5:00 PM in all District of Telangana State and an amount of Rs. 20.80 Crores is awarded as compensation in the above settled cases.
