Hyderabad: In a bizarre incident an Advocate allegedly threatening and harassing his wife. An Advocate Mohd Feroz Pash 34-year-old resident of Musheerabad, Hyderabad was married to Shahnaz Begum by suppressing his first marriage in the year 2013 and since then he was harassing her mentally and physically, Shahnaz Siad.
The Victim Shahnaz said that Feroz is practicing in Nampally Criminal Court, he is keeping multiple affairs with clients and also with his cousin sister who is already married and also stated that Feroz cousin sister was married to one Mohd Ghouse Uddin and he filed cases against him and Feroz continuing his illegal relationship in his home by giving shelter to his cousin sister.
The Victim Shahnaz further added that Feroz is threatening to Pronounce Divorce by saying Three Words (Tripple Talaq) and send her to parent home, further Feroz threatening to marry third marriage.
The Victim Shahnaz lodge a complaint before WPS CCS and a case was registered in Cr. No. 360/2017, U/s. 498-A, 495 of IPC, Sec 3, 4 & 6 DP Act, but no action has been taken so far after registering the case.
The Advocate Feroz is also threatening Mohd Ghouse Uddin who is the husband of Parveen, (Feroz cousin sister). Feroz is demanding Rs. 15 Lakhs for the settlement. Mohd Ghouse Uddin is feeling to commit suicide and also appealing the Commissioner of Police and Chief Minister of Telangana for Necessary Inquiry in the matter, Ghouse Siad.
