The renewed Porn Star and Bollywood film actress Sunny Leone has been winning the hearts across the country. Recently, she was adopted 21-month-old baby girl, Nisha from an orphanage in Latur, Maharastra. Previously, the baby who had been rejected by 11 parents. But Sunny Leone was approached with CARA (Child Adoption Resource Agency), with her husband Daniel Weber. The CARA’s Lt. Col Deepak Kumar told that, “without looking at colour, background and health status, Sunny Leone happily took the child in adoption”. Sunny Leone also explained that, “Daniel and I are very happy that this little girl chose us. We are very, very thankful to god for bringing this beautiful little girl into our lives.”
Sunny Leone applied for adoption on 30th September 2016, and they were referred to Nisha on 21st June 2017. Lt Col Deepak Kumar said that, “we respect that they didn’t try to bend the rules and stood in the queue like all the other parents”. The couple completed the formalities and took Nisha from Latur to a pre-adoption further care. They are now awaiting a family court’s legal order to complete the adaptation-related paperwork. Currently, Sunny Leone’s pending big screen presence will be marked by her dance number ‘Piya More’ in next month’s ‘Baadshaho’. She is also awaiting the release of ‘Tera Intezaar’, co-starring with Arbaaz Khan.
